Amazing food, great atmosphere and service. Antipastos were great alongside the pastas we had. Pastas were fresh and worth the wait - the night atmosphere is also amazing as the restaurant is dim perfectly. Recommend a date night here, it’s a nice gem in the St Clair W neighbourhood!

Great food. Family owned and well attended service. Small menu with typical Italian dishes and great wine selection. We picked one from Puglia and it was delish! Recommend this place.

Been dining at La Bru for almost 40 years. Housemade sauces and fresh pastas are tasty, tender and delicious. Quality products in a clean and peaceful atmosphere. Staff is knowledgable and friendly. Weekend server, Giovanni, is a gem. Helpful and professional. Silvia always makes people feel like family. Her sister Brenda does too. You can't go wrong with their offerings and their specials. Mouthwatering delicious.Thanks for always offering such fresh and tasty food.

I tried their Shrimp pasta , its nothing like I ever tasted .. Would highly recommend to try this place and the Sangria is mouth watering.Note that the berries in it actually taste the alcohol which is aaawwwzum as not many places do this.Bottom line.Great ambience, and grat food - Highly recommend to try this place.

Easy to see how this restaurant has managed to stay in business for 40 years now. Elegant atmosphere but the servers present you with a very homely welcome. The menu features some interesting items that you would see more commonly at an Italian family's dinner table than a restaurant menu. A bit pricey but not outlandish for the area. We were graciously given some complimentary bruschetta.

The place was cozy and the complementary bruschetta was tasty. Very long waiting time between the meals, waited over 45 min for main course. My pasta dish was extremely SALTY, had to drink lots of water.My husband's dish was an over-priced diner type veal dish, below average served with cold green beans, for 28$! 11.25$ for a can of beer! Seriously?!The place was empty by 9 o'clock. Won't recommend and won't go back.

The service and food is high class and authentic. Perfect! I recommend it to everyone. The staff and owner are beautiful people.

Incredible food and a very welcoming environment. Even the other patrons were super nice and started a conversation with us at the end while waiting for the cheque. Sylvia (owner I think) is amazing.

I love this place, we always make it a point to go here every valentines day. You always feel super welcome and it has such a family vibe to it. The food is always super delicious.

Wonderful truly authentic Italian meal. Every dish was excellent and the atmosphere and staff were warm and friendly. Celebrating 40 years of operation this week ! This family run restaurant is a real find. Will not disappoint !!
